Nina Cronstedt is General Counsel and VP Legal and Compliance for CPW S.A., a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills, active in over 130 markets and head-quartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to her current role, Nina was General Counsel Strategic Business Units & Centres of Expertise at Nestlé, based in Vevey, Switzerland. She joined Nestlé in November 2013. Prior to Nestlé, Nina Cronstedt spent nine years with Philip Morris International (PMI), based in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she held positions of increasing responsibility within the Legal function, including Assistant General Counsel Brand Building and, subsequently, Assistant General Counsel EEMA Region. Before joining PMI, she practised with top-tier law firms in Brussels and the Hague (Linklaters and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek), advising multinationals on EU and national competition law. Of Swedish nationality, Nina Cronstedt holds law degrees (LL.M.) from the University of Stockholm and Cambridge University.
